Zousz is a men's skincare brand built around clean formulations and a minimalist approach to grooming. With an established identity and loyal following in its home market, Zousz sought to expand into Canada while maintaining full control over how its brand was presented and sold.
The Challenge
Expanding into a new market as a premium men's skincare brand required more than just product availability. Zousz needed to ensure that its brand positioning remained consistent and that unauthorized sellers did not dilute its premium image.
